Message Indicator (Next To LCD Display) flashing on ALL phones. Indicator is programmed for Voice Mail Messages. There are no messages. Separate Voice Mail Access Button on phone programmed for the station's voice mail does not light unless there is actually a voice mail for the station. Voice Mail (Hard-drive version) is working fine, it takes messages, auto attendant works, etc. Power down or rest the KSU the light goes out. It later comes back on and stays on until a KSU reset or power down. After reseting the KSW light comes back on randomly, ie no certain time frame before it comes back on. If Voice Mail card is reset and rebooted, no errors show on the video connected to the voice mail card, but Indicator Light remains lit on the phones.

Some models could illuminate the light if there is a CO VM alert coming from your carrier. In Flash 50, Page B, Button 15 try changing to "3" = "Message Wait.
