Guys, I have a que setup at one of our sites through Octel. What is happening is when the two nurses are on the phone it should ring then go into a message saying that they should be back shortly, they are on a call at the moment. The ACD que is below and i dont see anything out of the ordinary that should be causing this any ideas?

John, Im sorry but how would I set that up?

First off, you dont state whether the phones the nurses are at have the ACD DN of 8049 or DN 4400. As it sits right now, only one person with the ACD DN of 8049 can be logged on to accept calls. The prompt MAXP 1 is usually set like that, so no calls are actually accepted via ACD.. but automatically forwards to another extension (in this case the NCFW 4400).

Exactly what DN do your nurses sit at? Once that is understood, we can guide you in setting up a message.. but because we dont know if you are using ACD or you want a VOICE MAIL recording.
