Message Disconnect

Hi there.

I have a menu configured at my system, but I have an issue.
After a message, I want to disconnect the call, but it isn't works well.

After a message, I put the DISCONNECT command, but instead, I have 1 minute silence.
I tryed to send the call (after message) to another VDN with disconnet, but its the same... 1 minute silence.
When I try with internal calls, works fine.
Just for external calls who entered in this VDN doesn't work. Any suggestion?

post vector so we can look at how you have it programmed, also you do not give much system info to go on as well

try a wait time 2 secs hearing ring back at the beginning of the vector , or a stop command instead also you may not have disconnect supervision applied to the trunk group either.

Try using 'disconnect after announcement xxxx'.
