MES 6.2.2 Installation Problem - WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly

Hi..

I have problem when I install MES Template 6.2.2 with SP 6.3.1
I have try to install SP patch , vsp-patch-6.3.4.08011.0.noarch and do MES template install, same problem appear
Also I have try to delete the origin template and copy the new file using 6.2.2 DVDs , same problem appear

Run post-install plugin if present
- SMGR:Configuring System Manager
- SMGR:Checking ssh connection to SMGR
- SMGRownloading SMGR Post Deployment file
- SMGR:Running SMGR Post Deployment File
- SMGR:
- SMGR:Failed to configure System Manager
- caught exception trying to run post-install plugin: com.avaya.vsp.common.workflow.TaskException: post-install plugin {sudo,runuser,-c,/vspdata/template/Midsize_Ent/plugins/post-install/run.sh -d /vspdata/template/Midsize_Ent/plugins/pre-install -e /vspdata/template/Midsize_Ent/ovf-env.txt,-G,vsplog,vspvm} returned fault code 2 with error message: log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (com.sshtools.j2ssh.transport.cipher.SshCipherFactory).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly

After this message appear , the installation is auto rollback
I have followed the step in workbook
I'm not found any clue about this message and need help

Make sure you set the date prior to October 5th.
