mermail will not divert to att when you press 0 during a message

I believe you just have to specify the "REVERT DN" in the configuration of the mailbox. I could be wrong, but I would look at that first.

the user can change their revert dn under option 8 0 after you log in to check your msg. you can enter a number in the screen for the mb under revert dn..about half way down the page.. the atdn of mermail is under general options and for a menu service if you dial 0 and a revert is not entered in the revert screen for that one service it will follow the atnd found in general.. when i get a request to change one, i emailthe user to log in,, press 8 0..xxxx#..
