I have a merlin legen system with Merlin VMS module. The VM is set to pick up calls using auto-attendent after 30 seconds. It is done using the recommened method with an overflow to voice mail group 770.
In the VMS system I am able to setup both Night and Day annoucements for AA and if I press the 'night mode' button on operators phone, the night mode AA picks up.
However the number of rings after which VM picks up is the same for both night and day modes. Is there a way to change the number of rings after which the night AA will pick up?
