i have a voicemail box set up for x52 and when i transfer a call to the extension through the AA or operator voicemail it does not pick up it bounces back to operator...the extension is setup in the group cover..what can be wrong?

What is the Group Cover Delay, and the AA Transfer Return settings?

It works with direct voicemail....
The group cover delay is set to 5
the AA transfer return is set to 9

Should work, does anyone have Primary or Secondary coverage for that extension?

Does it have Inside Coverage Off turned ON?

Do a print of the extension, and you may find why it doesn't cover to VM.

No coverage for that extension...The only way it goes to voicemail when you tranfer is by the name directory.

Is Selector code 5 set for direct ectension transfer?

BOBBY - DUDE, you need to do what TTT says and print the Extension Info for 52.

Otherwise you're gonna' just get all these "I think it may be this" responses.

And we all know, "THINKIN' WON'T GET IT!"
