Is this an Audix Intuity voice mail? If so, you need to log on to the voice mail computer, select audix admin and list subscribers to see the mailbox number of your auto attendant. After noting the mailbox number (day and night if you are using both), cancel the list function and use change subscriber to modify the mailbox. Go to page three, arrow down to the selector code to be used and enter the extension a caller should be transfered to and the action ("t" transfers the caller to an extension, "c" sends the caller directly to a mailbox).
