MERLIN SMDR port settings

I need a little bit of help with the SMDR port on a MERLIN MAGIX processor. My customer, all of a sudden, isn't getting the information from the MERLIN on the TAPIT application. I know the baud rate is 1200, but I want to confirm the other settings. I believe the correct settings are 1200/8/N/1/N. If this is not correct, please correct me so I can put my customer's mind at ease. Thanks a lot!

1200/N/8/1/No flow control is correct.

Use hyperterminal to prove that SMDR is flowing.

Already done, which is why I wanted to make sure I had the settings right. I e-mailed my customer contact the maintenance reset procedure for that RS232 port. If that doesn't work, it's time for a new processor!
