A customer wants a Merlin Plus Model 820 D2 reinstalled, however they do not have the install manual. Any sugestions where to go to find it?

Thanks, founfd the manual & got what I needed. One other point I plugged main control phone into Ext. 10 and was not able to get any dial tone or any thing just a lot of flashng lights and beeeps. I plugged a regular handset and did get dial tone.

Any advice out there?

you must have it in test mode thare it swaich on the lift side on the phone move it to the cinter
