By backdoor, I mean if the administrator changes their password, the backdoor would allow you to override their password and get in to do administrative functions using the touchtone interface. The 3.0 messaging I just worked on, does not permit the old backdoor to work. There are administrative functions that can be done from the RS232 port, that you need the administrator's password to log in with your computer,depending on which log in you use. Technician is tech1000, customer is either sysadmin or sysadm, can't remember which one is customer, NSAC has another one. Not much difference between tech1000 and customer anyway, tech1000 let's you say things the customer can't see in a comment file. You can get reports about programming, set the IP address, subnet mask, etc.
