Merlin messaging R3

I need help. My company bought a Merlin Messaging R3 off an auction that came to us not defaulted. I have tried the 123456 and the 2537 passwords but I still can't get into it. We have tried calling the seller, but they claim that is a "as is" buy. Is there some other way to get into this thing?

you can try going in through the rs232 port. use procomm or hyper terminal and connect to it. do a dir command and see what exe. there is. one of them is the system parameter that will tell you the password.
