Merlin Messaging led flashing

I have a cust, with a magix 2.0 and r1.5 messaging, my problems are sporadic, and i believe most of it is a carrier isssue on the span, clicking on some calls, vmail messages being cut off and called party cannot hear caller. only 6 channels on span, when i test all ok, 24hr interval shows 2 to 3 mis and 1 slp in events. 1 problem i witnessed was the vmail led's on the tdl sets flashed periodically during a call and when the set was idle, when a message is in the box the light stays on constant as working properly. I changed the messaging out with an R2 same problems, changed the 100dcu with a 100d and 3150csu, same problems, is it possible i have a bad processor? I cant see carrier trouble, causing the led flashing issue, need help in St. Lou

Print ERROR LOG and see if there are any hints there.

You might want to check the ttr's in the analog cards. Go to a analog set and dial *04 then 01 for first ttr then 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0,*,# should hear two beeps. TTR's are in analog cards.

Analog cards and TDL Cards and Messaging and others as well.

I will check the Messaging, no analog. I was unaware that a TDL pack has TTR,S how many does it have. Also thank you for the support

According to the Pocket Reference, the 412 TDL has 4 TTR's and the 024 has 8.

i have not seen this exact problem before but i have seen T1 or PRI errors created on the merlin magix before. What it was is corrotion between the card contacts and the carrier because of dissimilare metals. once i took the cards out cleaned them with an eraser (yes pencil eraser) and reseated them all errors went away.
note: I believe , cannot remember who told me, the cards communicate via T1.
