Merlin Mess. 2.5 Auto-Att. problem

Have a Merlin Magix with Merlin Messaging 2.5.

All of the sudden the MM system status light is red and
the auto-attendant (used only at night) is saying "transferring to the operator".

Can you dial into vm? If so try a soft reset that saves the translations. If that doesn't work try turning off magic.

You can dial into VM and the mailboxes work when a call comes through via DID. Only the AA is affected. By soft reset do you mean the 9989?

I NOW HAVE THE CORRECT AUTO ATTENDANT ANSWERING HOWEVER:
[A] THE AA DOES NOT RECOGNIZE TOUCH-TONE EXT PROMPTS.
THE DID NUMBERS ANSWER AND SAY "TRANSFERRING TO OPERATOR".

Go into programming under extensions and rotary enable the voice ports, that sounds like the problem, but you have to wonder how they got changed back.
