I recently set up a new VM box in Merlin Mail but when you ring to that line it does not connect to the VM it rings back to the receptionist. I wanted to make sure that the VM box was actually set up So I tried Modifying options and was able to get into the VM box I set up.
When I first set it up I had no idea what the COS should be so I just hit 1. Afterwards I was able to locate what Class of Services meant. I am still not sure what COS I should be using and if that is the reason why the VM will not pick up.

I am not sure what you mean by pull a print of that extension

When you set up a new voicemail box for an extention - you also have to add that extention to the Cover Group fro voicemail. Ususally, this is Cover Grp 30. To check: press menu, system programming, start/exit, extentions, more, group cover, 30 enter, and now press inspect to see if this is the cover group for your other extentions covered by voicemail. If so, touch back/exit, group cover, 30 enter, now key in the ext# of the new voicemail box and press enter. Then exit out by touching home/exit. Voicemail should now answer in three rings when you intercom that extention or an outside call rings on it.
