Merlin Mail not hanging up 1

I just installed a new mlm007 module. Everything works ok except in the morning when there are quite a few messages in the general mailbox with dialtone or reorder tone. Is there a way to get the voice mail to recognize the far end hangup. Or maybe a timer on the Legend system(r3).

Standard POTs lines? T1 service? VoIP? Is the LEC providing a positive disconnect so the phone system knows to terminate the call and drop the line?

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.

It was reliable disconnect, I thought that it was already set.
