merlin magix switch

T have a merlin magix pbx that is being installed with the following: re-furbishe system1

1st slot- Processor Board WCKE5
2nd slot- 800 ICLID
3rd slot- 52 412 TDL LXID
4th slot- 024 TDL

What occurs, when the system comes up > the first ID number is 18. Where we can't do any programming.

ID 10,or 11 are the ID numbers that are used to program from the Admin teleset.

We currently do not have the Program Software for our Laptop to look at system.

What is the process to Default the system to fire the system back up to recgonize as if the system is being turn back on with the cards back in place.

Not sure why ID 10 does not come up >

The processor probably has programming left in it that doesn't match up with the order of the cards that you have put in. If you have WinSPM, take the cards out and default the processor. If you don't have WinSPM, try the 412 in the 1st slot (the processor is in the "0" slot). Failing that, look for the jumper near the super cap at the bottom right of the processor card, put it off for a few minutes, let the capacitor drain, then reassemble your system which will come up default.

actually I instructed My tech's to pull the jumper on the card and that worked >
