Customer switched over for a AT&T provided circuit to a COX provided circuit. PRI was programmed 5ESS optioned for Custom, ESF, B8ZS. PRI is up and working and we are showing no slips on the circuit, but they are experiencing phantom ringing with caller ID showing Operator 100 or random digits on caller id and no one is there. I verified that they are only sending number only. Has anyone experienced this before or know what might be causing this problem. The problem has started after they cut-over to the new circuit. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again
