I have a Merlin Legend RLS7. Intuity Audix bit the dust, I have installed a Merlin Magix Messging.
All calls are answered by AA, with option 2 as direct extension transfer. When caller selects an extension call is routed to Attendant instead of extension. Please help.

You need to rotary enable the voicemail extension ports in Winspm or through the console phone under Extensions.

one more question: some of my extensions when called internally (ext to ext) don't cover to voice-mail....all are in the coverage group, and work fine when called from the outside to AA....I have double checked primary, secondary, and group cover options...

Sounds like the feature Coverage Inside is set to no on those extensions. I would think that is done under Extensions again, but not sure off the top of my head.

I've seen many question asking about wav. and saving them on a PC but none exactly like my situation.

I have Merlin Messaging 4.0, configured with a static IP address.

When I open my browser (same IP segment) and put the Messaging IP address in I get the Login screen asking for the mail box extension, a phone number (to listen to the messaage) and the password. I see the list of calls but the only option is to "delete" or "forward" to another extension.

Is there a way of saving these messages on a computer at this point?

Thanks in advance for any comments.

Mike NH
