Merlin Magix just quits every 25 days

I have a Magix that just quits every 25 to 30 days, error log has no errors pointing to a card or T1 (fractured 12 channels) service. The Merlin Messaging auto-attendant answers all calls. The last time it locked up I was in the area and this is what I found:

All 4 port led on Merlin Messaging out - like it is busy, status led lite.

100DCD - yellow led lite like it is in use. No incoming or out going calls.

No alarm led lite on the processor.

Try to busy out 100DCD and release - no can do!.
Try to busy out Merlin Messaging - no can do!

Power off and on - still dead.

Reload memory from laptop and it fires up. Is this a sign of memory failure within the processor memory due to leakage and the program getting corrupt?

Mystery solved, bad CSU in the 100DCD, replace with 100DS1

don't want to jump to conclusions but you might have a power problem. try installing a cheap ups, like a tripp-lite 1500 that costs about 300 bucks and see if that helps. dirty power will cause all kinds of gremlins to arise.

Thanks for the tip, but in this case it was the CSU, during a facilities test by the ILEC, the CSU was failing.
