You need the software on a PCMCIA card to flash upgrade or you need a higher release processor. Then, you need to backup and convert the software from the processor to the release that you want. In order to do the convert, you need at least the WINSPM program to convert to the release you are upgrading to. Not to sound confusing. Does this answer your question?
Actually, it is not that involved at all, it is quite simple actually. It is just a matter of backing up the programming (unless you want to reprogram the entire system from scratch after upgrading, and I doubt that you do) Converting the programming to work on a higher release of Magix. And then, either swapping out the processor, or, putting an upgrade card into the PCMIA slot on the current processor, and doing a few things on the MLX 20L, or the 4424LD
You should be able to get them from your business partner, if not them, try Avaya. But, BUY THEM NEW, do not use eBay, because flash upgrades can only be used one time.
