We have a customer who had lines delivered on a T1 with an Adtran router that converted the T1 to individual analog lines which were then connected to the system on 800ICLID cards. The customer has changed over to VoIP lines which come into a Grandstream router which provides analog ports that are connected to the system on the 800ICLID cards also. The call park function used to work fine with the T1, but now with the VoIP lines, calls drop immedialely when the operator parks them in a zone. Calls that are transfered and calls that are placed on hold don't experience this problem, only parked calls. Anyone have any ideas?

first thing this is not the NorVaya area !
First thing i'dd do is look a loop current on lines too high or low is not good!

Yup, I realized I had posted it in the wrong area as soon as I did it, but don't see any way to remove it.

Voltage on the lines looks good but I will check to loop current also.

Thanks for the help.
