Merlin Magix 515A

Customer has Merlin Magix 515A, processor R3.0, 412 TDL LS-ID 617B52. they only receive caller ID number and not the names. I configured a button on their phones to show caller id with name but it did not work. Service provider said both caller number and name are going through from their end, check your PBX config or hardware. Customer has 4424LD+ and 4412D+ phones. What should I do to show both caller id number and name. Thanks in advance for help please.

Start by using a stand-alone CID device at the MPOE, to confirm that the Name is being sent along with the Number.

Program your lines for LS-ID delay and add the CID Name button (sounds like you've already done both)
