The company I work for has been contacted to administer a Merlin Legend system with Merlin Mail.
The issue at hand, is a disgruntled former employee of the car dealership changed all of the mailbox passwords.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

The old merlin mail with plastic clam shell will have the serial number on the front that can be used as an admin password if that has been changed, and once in there you can rest mailbox PWs.

Note that when using the serial number as the administrator's password, you need to power cycle the voicemail within 5 minutes, and then the admin password will be erased and able to be set upon the next login

After site visit, the VM card is an 007 MLM, in an Avaya labeled 3 cabinet system.

Actually, the processor is a Merlin Magix as opposed to a Merlin Legend.

Consider relocating the radio. Blocking the vent openings on any telephone system carrier should be avoided.
