Merlin Legend-v.mail takes 4 rings to answer when dialing 770?

The customer had full auto attendant day/night.
They didn't want day A.A.-night only.After they changed programming it takes v.mail 4 rings to answer when they dial 770 to check messages?
Night mode works o.k.
How do you program night A.A. only & v.mail to answer immediatly when dialing 770.
 
Check the ports in group 770 to make sure they are correct.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.
 
So what changes were made so that the AA would not answer during the day?

I recall that there is a setting within the Merlin Mail itself for delayed answer.

The correct settings would be to NOT use the delayed answer option in the Merlin Mail (set it to immediate answer), then assign the incoming lines/pools to an unused calling group, other than the voice mail calling group, and NOT overflow that group to voice mail, which is what you would do for delayed answer.
