I have two extensions that are assigned to the Pool that have the button programmed to them when I do an "Inspect". However, when I pick the receiver the pool goes away and no matter what I do to get DT I get denied. I did notice in troubleshooting that other extensions (Working extensions) that there is also a Pool 70-N. So my questions are: What is the Difference? What does the N and the D stand for? And last, How can I make the two non working extensions work as they should? Thanks!

D is Delayed ring, N is No ring, you can also have I for Immediate ring

The extensions are restricted in some way, or have forced account code assigned to them

Check under Extensions - Account and do a Restrict Copy from a working extension

Actually, you add the pools to the extensions.

Menu
Sys Program
Start
Extensions
Lines / Pools
Dial the extension number
Enter
Entry Mode
Dial ONE of the line numbers that is included in the pool
Enter

This assigned the pool on the next available button on the phone, with Immediate Ring. Now go through Centralized Telephone Programming (or at the actual phone) if you need to change to Delayed or No ring.
