Merlin Legend question 1

I Have a Processor that is a R.1 no flash card and want to do a backup remotely.
Do I call in and ask to be transfered to ext 76?
Then use my WIN SPM 9.0 but click on the old SPM icon?
I heard that the earlier version of processor will not work with 9.0.

And can I then dump the backup on a Processor R 7 with a flash card.
Will I lose anything when doing this?

Is this ever a PUZZLE!

ON SITE, try INTERCOM > SPEAKER > *39 or # 39 and see if that does anything.... (or was it 34???)

Long ago, I knew that one of those 2 or 4 combinations would tell the release of MERLIN II installed.

(But, I forget the correct combo....)

After all, that was over 15 years or more....
