Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but I don't work with the Legend system very often.
I have a phone with a personal line programmed on it. When callers call the personal number and the employee doesn't answer, the call rolls over to voice mail. However, when he is using the line and someone calls him, callers receive a busy signal rather than be transfered to his voice mail.
What should I do to have busy calls also roll over to voicemail?
His personal line is programmed as the principal user on his extension and his extension is in the voice mail coverage group - 30. His personal line is not assigned to any pools.
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
