Merlin Legend/MLX-10DP programming issue 1

Hello. We have a Merlin Legend system with MLX10-DP handsets. For most users, when they pickup their handset, they get an inside line (a button labeled "SA-RING" on the handset). These users have to dial 9 to get an outside line

One user has a direct dial number. When he picks up his handset, instead of getting an inside line, his direct dial, outside line picks up. Because of this, he has to hit the "SA-RING" button to get an inside line, from there he can call inside the building.

He would like his phone to pick up an inside line when he lifts the handset, however, I cannot figure out how to switch this...I may have programmed this extension years ago, but I cannot remember how!

Thanks cvrbob. Sorry it took so long to confirm, but I think it should read *14 for that last line, at least that is how it works on our system. Also, we have to hit enter as a last step to complete the process. At least, that is how I was finally able to do it.
