I usually work on a G3. I have to get some extensions on a Legend to go to audix. I have all the extensions in Audix but how do I 1. find out what coverage path goes to audix. 2. how do I put these extensions in a cover path. 3. How do I find out what number they dial to get voice mail. This is really different then a 85 and a G3! Thanks to any one that can help me!!!! Dawn

If you are programming from WinSPM, do a "print" of the dial plan and the group coverage (and the group calling if the dial plan does not reveal the extension number for the voice mail via the label on the calling group)

Once you know the coverage group for voice mail (which is typically group 30 or group 1), under Extensions > Next Page > Group Coverage > (Group Number) > Enter > (dial the extension number) > Enter > (dial the next extension number to add) > Enter (etc.) and you can press Inspect to see which extensions are in the group already.

Also, your 'coverage path' is group 770, this is also the number to dial if they do not have a 'voicemail' button programmed on their phone
