We've just recently installed a Merlin Legend system at one of our locations and had the service switched to a T1 from analog trunks feeding an old System 25. We have 40 or so DID's and 1 main number. With the old system we would dial *72 to call forward all calls coming in on the main number to our other site for after hours coverage. We've tried doing that with the new service, but it hasn't worked. Is there a key sequence needed to grab the main line from the operator's console? We've tried dialing 9, then *72 then XXX-XXXX but it'll just come back saying it can't complete the call.
