I have had same Merlin II fm2 for years, the other day all voice terminals started acting weird, except the attendant at ext 10. Extension 10 has correct line assignments all others unable to reset. I have reset processer, and removed and restarted system in hopes of rebooting would solve. It appears that the processer went bad or my 408 card went bad.

Sounds like the memory backup battery on your processor has died, so first thing you should do is replace it.
A Merlin II defaults to a pooled system, so only attendant positions will have line appearances, and all other extensions will have 2 pool buttons. You need to change the system mode to square to be able to assign line appearances to non-attendant extensions.
