Hi,
I lost my programming directions and am having trouble figuring out how to change the welcome message that directs people to what extensions they need to dial. Any help would be appreciated???

It would help - if you indicated the specific type of voicemail system you have (i.e., 007 MLM, Merlin Messaging, etc.)

I'm not sure other than when we log into voicemail it says welcome to Partner Voice Messaging...

Even though the faceplate on you phone says "Merlin ETR-18D", it's connected to a Partner system (the phones come with 2 sets of faceplates)

For Partner Voice Messaging, dial Intercom 777, at the login prompt dial 0#, dial the password and #, then 3 for the Automated Attendant greeting, and 1 to record a new one. Wait for the tone, speak, and press 1 at the end. 23 plays it back, and if it sounds OK, be sure to press *# to save the new message.
