Merlin DialPlan

I have the following programmed into the merlin for my dial plan

Patterns: 286
Total digits: 4
Delete Digits: 3
Add digits: 11

My DiD range is 2860-2899 that need to be converted to match extensions 110-149---IE 2860 shud convert to 110, 2861 should convert to 2861 etc.. etc,,. i created ext 113 and dialed the 2863 DiD and it wne to the console. What am I missing.

How can we do a PINT ALL, or can you, and then send it to some site that we can access. - BUT FOR SURE, NOT HERE!!!
