MERLIN BS-10 PHONES

Hello, does anyone know if these phones should work on an Avaya IP-Office system? When I plug them into an analog line I don't get a dial tone. I'm looking to dump some old hardware and if these won't work, they'll go on Ebay.

The Merlin BIS 10 phones were a hybrid phone so I do not think they would work at all, especially on an analog line.
