Merl mail to Call Pilot 1

we are getting a upgrade to call pilot yahoo

Is there a way to save the recorded voice messages
for ACD & CDN etc. in voice mail to a file ?
So we can re-record in call pilot ?

any suggestions

If you are doing a migration from MerMail to CallPilot then all greetings, recordings, and messages will migrate over. You will have to build all of your applications in Appbuilder but the recordings will be there if you migrate them.
