Meridian1 Password Help

I know it has been covered before but
i'm really struggling with this.

We've not logged on the system for about
6 months, trying to log on today and
it won't accept the password.

We know it was set to default 0000

We are only a small call centre so
don't have a support contract with
anyone what are our options ?

after you try 3 times you are locked out until tomorrow, or ini depending on the switchman that built it, logi (return) 0000 (return) works.. use uppercase if it's older.. if a return gives you ovl400, that tty is locked.. try back later, otherwise you'll go thriough a vendor or nortel. you can do a reinstall if you've got the install software and the keycodes, but you'll need to erase the software and start over... neither option is an easy fix

You can also try using the default
LOGI ADMIN1
and the password. It is possible that login names were enabled.
