Meridian Voicemail User Guide??

Does anyone have a Meridian Voicemail User Guide in a .doc format? I need to edit the one we have here, but of course I can't find the electronic version, I've looked on Nortel's site, but no luck, anyone have a .doc file?

rls 13 came out with user guides on pdf.. you can get editor for acrobat reader, but it runs about 2 grand.
