Hi there, our IT dept manages this 480 phone line system. Its been mostly hands off and all the expertise has long since left the company. A few days ago the Meridian Mail SCSI hard drive failed. We have procureed a new harddrive and install Tape of the same version (V13) as the original Meridian mail. Its probable that the configuration was getting backed up to the backup tape. So now we have to install the MerMail again, but we have no keycodes. The system is prompting for this upon installation. We have hunted high and low and these keycodes cannot be found on site - no documentation. I read that the keycodes may not be specific to the hardware. Can someone help us please procure a keycode that will allow us to get Meridian Mail reinstalled.

Bad news here folks. Yesterday i tried the keycode. Even though thr serial number provided matches ours and after caefully entering the keycode several times, alll I got was message - That Keycode is invalid. Do you want to try again.
So the only thing I can think that is going wrong, is the install media is 13.12, but our existing Meridian version (and thus key...) is 13.13.
Thank you all for your help. We are converting critical TN's to analougue and installing a handful of desktop voicemail machines. Shitty. We're also ramping up processes for installing a new IP Phone system with some analogue integration points, which was originally scheduled for next year .

There were two versions of install tape as I recall - one for the Card Option and the other for the Modular Option. Maybe you have the wrong one.
Is there an NT number on the install tape?

Hi StanleySteamer, yes the Tape has NT6R47AC written on it. Would that be the modular or card option. What would be the alternative number to order?

Sorry. I am unable to find any documentation with part numbers. I think you have the tape for the Card Option but I'm not sure. I'm not even sure if there were two different install tapes now.
