Hi

We have 3 PBX connecting together by ISDN Qsig, one Meridian option 61 and two Ericsson MD110, one from this MD110 is transit Exchange our problem is when we make a call from MD110 (not transit) to Meridian we can see the caller ID at our extension (this call come troughs the transit exchange), if we received calling from Meridian to the MD110 (not transit) we cannot see the caller ID just see privet call at our extensions.

Caller ID working ok if we have direct connection between MD and Meridian

Please advice

hi john poole

Sorry I don’t understand and I don’t have experience with Meridian but I have some at Md110, generally I need Full parameter to connect Meridian option 61 with Ericsson MD110 by E1 as network.

Rout from MD110 to Meridian configured as the following

ROCAI: ROU=72,SEL= 012000000000,TRM=5,SERV=2110000010,TRAF= 00151515,SIG= 111101000031;
RODAI: ROU=72,TYPE=SL60,VARI=15400000,VARO=06400000,VARC=00000310;
RODDI: DEST=XX, ROU=72,ADC= 0606100000000250,TRC=0;

best regards

he's right, he has to out the trunk then the route then modify the dch, some params on the dchannel will allow a change others require the settings to be done on the 1st try. if you notice the rcap prompt on the dch, he doesn't have nd2 (name display type 2) rls 22 was a new rls around the time 486 cpu's were new, so i may be a little rusty on that software. if he is sending names, i don't see where it's turned on. have him do a enl msgo 40 in load 96, that is msg's outgoing on the pri. if he is sending names that will prove or disprove it. your end is set up right,i don't see an additional prompt i would adjust. because of the rls of the 61, you may need to turn on qsig between the two. anyone who an expert on the grey boxes will not admit it, knowing the merridian is learning that the experts are the techs that know they can stll learn another prompt. in 35 years i have never met a person that knows everything this switch will do, myself included

Dear Mr. Johnpoole
I am very thanks for you kindly support.
If you mean by this (you may need to turn on qsig between the two) to open Qsig between the two MD we already open it and if we replace Meridian by MD for test every thing will working well ,also notes that when we dial any analogy extensions from MD number one to Meridian we get PRIVET at our screen that mean the connection between MD one and Meridian not Qsig
