I keep getting reports of phones in one of my remote offices that keep showing "Model 20" on the display. With that happening the phone is not able to make or receive calls. The phone has to be unplugged and then re-plugged to restore the phone back to normal operation. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

model 20 on the display would mean that the set is plugged in but not programed, you must be running an older rls, haven't heard of that problem in years. at one tome i was advised to reload my software to resolve the problem, i had an upgrade pending so waited for the rls upgrade which sloved the problem, might help to check the ld 22 prt ovly, the drol prompt may be lite... try adding any of these loads that were not in
