Hello!
I am in desperate need of help. We have a meridian norstar phone in our office and I somehow messed up the settings for the voicemail in an attempt to change the password and greeting (we bought the business over).
Earlier, I would hit feature 981 enter the password and have access to voicemails. All our lines were connected to one voicemail box. Now when I hit feature 981 it says "log:" and asks for a mailbox number and password. I tried calling the phone lines and the voicemail is not the one I recorded and I can't access the messages.
I believe I'll have to reset to go back to earlier settings.
