First, thank you all for your help w/ my previous questions.

Can you tell me if there is a way to have an announcement mailbox?

I have extension 7090 setup for my HR department. The admin for this mailbox has her greeting setup to play a announcement, the problem is, after the announcement, the system beeps and people leave messages in this mailbox. Is there a way to prevent messages from being left here.

As always, thanks!

Why do you have a voice mailbox if you do not want caller's to leave messages.

Delete the mailbox and rebuild it as an announcement and rerecord the greeting.

Like Fotoziam stated, delete the mailbox and rebuild as an announcement under Voice Administration.
Get to the Voice Services Administration menu and you'll need to
1. put ext in dn table
2. build new announcement under the Announcement Definitions tab.

Hope that helps.
