Meridian Mail Screen Blank 1

I have looked for this solution, but cannot find one. On our switch we type "AX" to get into the meridial mail screen. Well, I did this the other day... then it didnt let me type anything. My boss came in and didnt know I was doing something and just turned it off. Well, when I turned it back on it goes through the screens like before- the info screen and all- then it goes to just a blank screen with a blinking cursor in the bottom left corner.

How do I get out of this?

TRY PRESSING THE CTRL BTTN DOWN AT THE SAME TIME AS THE LETTER W THEN LET THEM UP AND PRESS THE LETTER F THIS WILL REDRAW YOUR SCREEN THIS MAY HELP'
