What load do I need to go iinto in order to reset a end users password on Meridian Mail?

You need to actually do it from the Meridian Mail terminal interface. Once there, go to the user's mailbox and there is an option key to change password. I am not aware of any way to do this from the PBX interface.

Hope this helps,

Scott M.

if you have the user name and password for that term, you should be done. there is no longer a default password, nortel forces password change on install
