Meridian mail Question... 1

I have a request from a user that their voice malbox not accept messages, because they would like to record a greeting that tells the caller to email them. How can I set the voicemail box to do this?

build a vsdn with their number and point it to an announcement. the user can call prompt maintenace and record the announcement.

or just disable the ability to receive call answer messages.

You do this under the class of service options.

make the mailbox personal, then use the more detail key to adjust one users cos. an as is just as easy, just out the box from the main option 3 4 1, add a voice service dn table, xxxx (dn) xxxx(application id) save that back to the menu 3, one short page to fill in. i use those for info only boxes

I have aMeridian Option 11c with Meridian Mail.
The company greeting is a thru-dial.
When I dial the main telephone number, the company greeting start.

My question is, When I dial the main telephone number, how can I take a Line for outcall. Type CO to CO. Type DISA, but with Meridian Mail.
