Meridian Mail Outdial Not Working

Getting
2732 Error: date/time VSS Node=2 HWLOC=0-2-2-1-2(or other)
DES: OutDial with invalid channel DN (DN, OtherInfor):2001 10 [LNTC=HEX Codes here]

The DN changes from 2001-2025 or so...

It also spits out about 20 of these at 2AM every day. We can't seem to get Remote Notification working either, even though we've 'allowed' Remote Not clients to dial 9 in the MMail system....it just can't make the calls. Our installer has had no luck figuring out what's wrong. How do I debug this? What steps should I take to rectify it?

Have you tried a call trace in LD-80 on the MM agents DN to see what digits if any are leaving the switch???? Do the trace on an active call to see the call info. Also check the restriction tables for remote notification class of svc.

Actually found the problem - the SCNs on MMail did not match the SCNs assigned to the ports in the PBX. They had been cross-assigned.
