by the class of service you have for type mailboxes

admin etc etc, look at the parameters you have set up and see how much time is allowed for message
best bet is to go down to class and make that one station personal.. then define personal for THAT station.. if you change msg length for a working class, depending on the number of users on that class you may deplete your mermail mem limits..
class personal can be unique on a per mailbox level
Just go to that user's mailbox, then arrow down to the Class of Service line.
Put on Personal and press F3, which I think is "More Details" and then set the parameters for that mailbox.
What JPoole is stating is, if you change on a COS that is used by other people, that will increase their limits as well. This way you just increase that one user.
Now when you migrate to Call Pilot, you will have to change that Personal COS to a system COS, because Personal COS does NOT migrate to Call Pilot.
