Meridian Mail migration to Callpilot Problem

Can not bring my Meridian Mail messages over to call pilot. error 16 . Data came over and all but 3 mail boxes. Every time I try to bring over messages it fails. Any Ideas?

Try this, per Nortel web site. Change the mailbox class of service in Access Mailbox from a Personal COS to a System COS. Recollect data and then migrate the mailbox. Double check the docs. Just a suggestion.
