Meridian Mail mailbox system capacity

Have not worked on the MerMail in quite some time. How would I list the mailbox capacity? Say we have 200+ mailboxes and I need to know how many more I could add.

There is no limit that I know of on the number mail box, but on the storage capacity.
If you login & select
2. General Administration
then
2.Volume & Selective Backup

you will see the mail capacity displayed. Users is for mail boxes

When I display the capacity, please see below - looks to me they are using about half.

So I could add safely 100-200 mailboxes? Please confirm - and thanks for the help - it is appreciated!!

Given that your only using Data = 11% & Voice = 24% for 284 mailboxes, it would stand to reason that you could add another 800 to 900 mailboxes. This is all dependent on how much record time each mailbox uses plus any other services you add like Voice Menus etc.
